At Bane Capsule, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer store credit for returns within 14 days of purchase. Please note that no refunds will be provided, only store credit.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@banecapsule.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit for your return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
Store Credit
If your return is approved, you will receive store credit in the form of a gift card or voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any shipping costs. Store credit can be used towards future purchases on the Bane Capsule website.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for store credit and place a new order for the desired item.
